Winston Craig is Professor of Nutrition and Director of the Dietetics internship program at Andrews University in Michigan. He has taught and lectured widely and has authored over 75 publications. He received his PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Queensland in Austrailia and his Masters in Public Health from Loma Linda University. He is a registered dietitian and is a member of the American College of Nutrition, the American Institute of Nutrition, and the American Diabetic Association.
